Personally, I have been running the Swift Spec-R springs on my 2008 Honda S2000 CR since 2010. It pairs perfectly with the factory CR shocks and rides better than most full coilover systems. This is probably due to the fact that these springs were meticulously crafted by the engineers at Swift to mate perfectly with the factory CR shock’s valving by Honda. The end result is a firm and balanced ride for the street with enough valving to absorb all the bumps found on Los Angeles’s streets while maintaining just enough aggressiveness for the track. It’s the closest thing to achieving dual purpose street and track on a static suspension setup.
